A very crippled young man. Cuban trumpet player who somehow managed to break both his legs. Whenever a uven is around you just want to fold him and leave him there. Uvens are known to have noodle arms. When not screaming at the top of his throat and having voice cracks, you can find him strolling around in his cruiser 3 .
