This is a move performed on a women by a man typically. The woman lays on flat on her stomach with her legs straight. The man straddles her legs, spreads her buttocks open and inserts his tongue into her anus. He takes a tequila bottle (or alcohol of choice), and pours it down her buttcrack and slurps it up.
