Shockscare

A Shockscare is the basic wimp out scare used in horror movies and haunted houses, so as to not actually work for a scare. Typically this scare will cause audience members to shriek and/or jump.

1.A clown pops out of nowhere.

2.A zombie popping out of nowhere.

I.e. "That movie wasn't scary at all just a bunch of shockscares after another!"

Verb. (1) to compel someone who is currently in a relationship to date you instead (2) to change your dating partner

Noun. (2) an external compulsion to switch one's current dating partner that may or may not be brought on by a shackwrecker. (3) the act itself
