This is the phenomenon when Filipinos stop what they're doing and watch the fights of Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao. This when the whole Philippines stop just to watch the fight, therefore there is much lesser activity on the streets and the crime rate would fall. Filipinos are enthusiastic and very confident that Pacman will win his fights. That is the Pacman Phenomenon
