Basically a little time zone at the University of Toronto, where if something says it starts at a certain time, it *actually* starts 10 minutes later.
- Timetable says class starts at 10:00am. It *really* starts at 10:10am. (I.e., it starts at 10:10am in UofT time)
- Event starts 7:00pm. Consider yourself early if you show up before 7:10pm.

A length of time that is extended beyond the normal measure or standard by society. Usually by an incrementing setting, such as hours later than expected.
IE: Alternate dimension of time that Cubans use or those native to the Miami area.
