1. In the card game of Hearts, the "Derka" is the Queen of Spades. Usually, the short phrase "Derka, Derka, Derka" sung in lowering intervals as in the first three notes of the Mario - Dungeon theme, when the Derka is dropped on another player.

2. When used in singular form, can refer to the game of Hearts itself.
