The act of getting extremely excited, to the point of figuratively or even physically attaining an erection, while watching the show DEXTER. This is caused by the crazy plot twists and pure awesomeness that is DEXTER.

Person 1: "Have you seen the new episode of DEXTER yet?"
Person 2: "Yes! When he killed that dude at the end total DEXTERection."
Person 1: "I've had a DEXTERection since this season began!"
