Generally men... who like to coverup or divert attention away from embarrassments or wrongdoings they are hiding in an effort to save their reputation. Or whom attempt to make someone seem less deserving or incredible in a situation for personal gain.

He is a pathological liar to hide his lack of self control and selfishness.

When you are head-over-heels in love with someone you hardly know, and you just cannot let them know. In fact, maybe it isn't love. Maybe Love is a Liar. ...Maybe I am a Love-Liar.

-When your head and heart are in constant battle with no end result,..you become a "Love-Liar" ;p It's like, "it IS"...but, "it CAN'T BE" ...grrrrrr.

Conpulsive liar

An individual incapable of even hearing the smallest, slightest, milliscule abillity to be open and tell the truth. Even if the Truth does suck and is boring and not very flamboyent. Or even what people want to hear.

She's a liar. She told a lie, knew she couldn't go back. And she stuck with it. Too much damage had been done due to her lack of empathy for others and her habbit of being a conpulsive liar.

Jakob The Liar

A movie based in Poland WWII, starring actor Robin Williams as Jakob. He overheard the BBC on the German Officer's radio that the Russians are coming to their aid. He tell his friends the good news but lies about owning a radio. He was then caught and asked to denouce the radio, but he refused to and was executed in front of the whole town. The town's folk was then packed into a train bound to the concentration camps but was soon intercepted by the Russians.

Now Jakob The Liar is used for a person who sincerely lies just to give everyone hope.
