Guy 1: I hate Minecraft fans! They're all kids and cringe.
Guy 2: Aren't you a Roblox fan? Don't you get the same kind of comments? You're such a horizontal hypocrite dude.

An individual who preaches for (or against) something, and ironically does (if secretly) the very opposite himself/herself, and/or tries to blame the other/s for how they may respond to an incident, when they're the one who started the incident in the first place, in which case, not only would one be a hypocrite, but a coward.

"Why did you tell on me? And why did you confront and threaten me?" "Don't you dare try to blame us, you hypocrite. You're the one who started it."

When someone continually complains about how much work they have or how tired they are instead of actually doing work to achieve some type of validation and avoid doing work at the same time.

Hypocrite

Someone who condemns a thing but does that exact thing themselves. E.g. someone who comments on an Instagram post "Attention seeking behaviour" implying that such behaviour is to be frowned upon, but in so commenting they have invited attention. Such folks might then get into massive long flame threads if picked up on this, inviting yet more attention. In the end they may have scored more attention than the OP.

A: "Attention seeking behaviour"
B: "Dude, you're such a hypocrite"
A: "I'm not a hypocrite, you creep"
B: "Are so - you telling me you posted that comment hoping *nobody* would notice? Hypocrite."

Hypocrite

The kind of person who tries to take control of other people's lives to gain the sense of control they dont have over themself and their own life.

The impulsive guy/girl didnt have any sense of control without the control being an attempt at control over other people and their lives. He/she seemed to think that he/she was the opposite of the hypocrite everybody else was, that he/she was freeing them from hypocrisy, when really he/she was as much of a hypocrite as anybody else.
