Nansplaining

When unsolicited advice or direction is given to you by a Nan or Grandmother not necessarily in an intentionally condescending tone, but as if you have no knowledge of what is being explained.

"Yo did your Nan just Nansplained what a nectarine is?"

"Jonathan, your mum is Nansplaining Amazon for the fourth time this week!"

Later, he even goes as far as sending Maria an article on Mexican traditions and customs, as if she needs to be educated by him."
