Dudemanbro is infact a describing word used amoungst
your 'main possey' instead of your good freinds real names,
similer to dude, homes, bruvah, etc
It is regarded as highly respectfull and
most commenly used at the begining of a sentence as a greeting.

"oh Dudemanbro! whats happnin??"
"oi Dudeman...bro, Pass that bong round here..."
