A lady - or damsel, who is an easy 10/10 on the hot scale. Therefore replicating the currency of a dime which is set at 10 cents. Female version of a man-dime.

Guy 1 - "That girl I've been seeing is such a babe. Easily a ten out of ten."
Guy 2 - "Props man! You nabbed a dimesel!"
