heat index denial

The notion that the heat index is a number made up by government conspiracy despite the fact the National Weather Service adopted the heat index in 1980 because it explains how relative humidity affects the temperature the body perceives. Heat wave denial was first said by Fox News Radio Host Dr Rush "I'm still a fat-ass, pill popping drug addict with more money than you'll ever see" Limbaugh on July 21, 2011. This was in response to the fact that almost 2/3 of the US was under some kind of heat advisory. In other words, Dr. Fatass wants you to trust what he says and not what your body tells you. Sad part is in this nation of retards and dumb fucks, there are many who believe what this bloated bag of gas and drugs has to say.

Denial Silence

Denial Silence is the curious form of cognitive dissonance that masquerades as real science, and that is exhibited by those people who claim that there is no human influence on the current trend in global warming/climate change.

This cognitive dissonance takes the form of ignoring most or even all of the empirical evidence for the causes of, and the very fact of, current planetary warming.

Climate change deniers are usually lay people with no scientific training or education, and yet they claim that their denial is itself scientific, and that thousands of the world's professional scientists somehow have it all wrong. This has led to frequent reference to their 'Denial Science', and the term 'Denial Silence' is a play on these words, as well as being a subtle reference to the fact that climate change deniers would like the scientific discussion of human impact on climate to be shut down, so that no action is taken to reduce activities that lead to carbon emissions.

The 'Silence' portion of the term 'Denial Silence' is also a reference to the 'Silence' in Dr Who - a race of aliens able to edit from a human's mind any memory of ever having seen, heard or encountered these aliens, as soon as the humans are no longer able to see them. Similarly, deniers of anthropogenic global warming appear to edit from their minds any knowledge/understanding of real science as soon as they hear, read, or are otherwise informed of actual climatological/physical fact.

Were it not for the disturbing phenomenon of Denial Silence, the world would be decades further advanced in addressing the global impacts stemming from the contribution of human carbon dioxide emissions to the warming of the planet.

In denial

In denial of being single because the break up was not mutual. Maybe because you still live with your 'ex' bf and are still sleeping in the same bed and having sex too!

girl- "I love you."
guy- "I love you, too."
girl- "Then why did you want to break up with me?"
guy- "I just need some space away from you and some time to think about how I feel about being single."

********Days Later ***

girl- "Hey.What are you doing sat night?"
girl's friend- "Hi. Nothing much. Just having some people over and drinking. You and the bf should come over too."
girl- "Yeah. Sounds like fun. I will see if he wants to go."

The girl shows up alone and gives an excuse for the bf because....she is single and that is what it's like to be In denial.

Someone who lies about their entire life claiming things that arent theirs to be theirs and then they tell their friends that theyre more like punk or emo or scene or w/e than most ppl when they arent theyre just trying to be cool therefore embarssing you and cause you to no longer be around then and they also think everyone loves them and is dating their best friends cousin they also have dated a fat bastard and sometimes have a gf as well as a bf and try to rape you while your trying to sleep -_- they have probably also dated your best friend and then was dumped by your best friend cause she ruined all the fun XD
