A mixture of about (1) fully rounded teaspoon of Metamucil with about (8) ounces of water and consumed daily, usually first thing. There is great anecdotal evidence (one data point over 25+years) that great lower bowel health is attained, equivalent to having bowl breaking, volcanic like dumps that are generally only possible by a 19 year old.
