Cut the ripple

If you cut the ripple, you're letting someone know that you're onboard with what they are saying. They tingle your brainwaves, you ride their waves. Your frequencies are alligned, and cut at the same time.

Imagine this, you're sat with a friend in the rain, having a couple of cans. Your friend starts talking about how much he loves the feeling of warm sand on the bottom of his feet. If you know the feeling, you let him know "I cut the ripple".
Yeah man, I cut the ripple, I'm totally with you on that one.

Budget Cut Moment

Noun: A moment when a movie uses lazy tactics like using the same clips over and over again, using the original voices for grunts for foreign instead of replacing it with the voices for the other dubs, using an inapprapriate setting for something else (Trying to make a garage or some cheap place look like a high-tech lab), etc just because there's not enough money or to save money or keep the extra for the filmmakers.
Movie Reviewer: AND LOOK AT THIS!!! They used the same exact clip again! Everyone?
