Typical symptoms include apparent bouts of foul cussing under moments of extreme duress, such as driving the freeways during rush hour. Often confused with Turret's Syndrome.

Can you believe that professor at Yale who's a closet MTV Raps victim? Just goes to show you that road rage and carpooling don't mix.

Someone who was rude, dishonest or a dick to someone and when someone calls them out for it they will come up with a bullshit claim too make them look like the victim so they will be supported and the actual victim will be disregarded and treated like the bad guy by their peers.
