Uncle dip (Kyle Cornelius Dipp) is a 57 year old pedophile who was taken away by the U.S Government but as escaped and on a rampage to molest all of the little kids in town. If you ever see a 2004 Chrome Toyota Camry with a license plate of bronze plating on the letters but not numbers run away as fast as you can. Beware for he dosen’t care who or what he takes to molest, he will “do” anything…
He will seem like a nice old man but once you get into his car, he changes his personality.
