Exactly what it says on the tin. A normal voice is a person who's accent doesn't define who they are. The definition is that the person speaking sounds 'normal'. Unlike scouser, a farmer, someone from Belfast.

A sarcastic and snarky tone, derived from the olde English phrase "Ye Olde Reginald's voice." The phrase is first seen in Reginald Merryweather III's 16th century graphic novel "50,000 Reej Under the Sea: A Space Odyssey."

A phrase used in Livejournal roleplaying circles to mean playing a character in a low-key, stress-free environment for the purpose of discerning how well one can play said character. Here, "voice" or "character voice" is shorthand for how in-character a player is.
