Someone who waits forever to publish your urban dictionary entry, or removes it for no good reason, and doesn't tell you.

I would have defined what a shitbucket is, referring to vehicles, but the Urban Dictionary moderators haven't yet approved it after a couple days.

A phrase combining the common term 'moderately', meaning somewhat and 'dec' an abbreviation of the word decent. The phrase itself means something that is between "decent" and "somewhat decent." Can be expressed by simply saying 'dec-dec.'

Hey man, that class is dec to moderately dec.

That girl over there is moderately dec.

Sony company who have time to go through 14 year olds chats and ban them because they use a no-no word instead of focusing on there playstation servers which are down nearly all the time
