adjective describing a person. The person metaphorically "shoots down" anything you may say to that person. It can be an idea or a plan, but it is usually shot down.

Person 1: "Hey, it's beautiful outside, let's go for a walk."

Person 2: "No." <---- Person 2 is a shooter downer.

Disney Downers

The Disney Downers is a rare emotional state, most likely experienced by optimistic idealists. During a bout, one feels like that they can accomplish their dreams, and become the person they always wanted to be, emboldened by a Disney movie’s positive themes and messages. But, during their flight of fancy, they hit an emotional ceiling called “Life isn’t fair.” And “Not everyone has a happy ending.” Shot down from their lofty state of mind, they crash and burn. Depression sets in, by dint of being caught in limbo, between wanting to believe, and Reality saying otherwise. Whether these life morals actually exist or are just mental constructs created to justify the Disney Downers is up to debate.

Coby "Downers"

Coby "Downers" usually is not in a good mood. He is probably not in a good mood because his favorite NBA player ,Lebron James, sucked it up again. He is always taking his frustration out on other people, even tho he thinks everyone else is mean to him... he is a big bully. He also has German Shepard shaped feet, like those of a doggo. Coby is also known for wearing khaki shorts and a striped/ plad shirt everyday, as well as slepping in gray sweatpants and a baby blue shirt. Also, his momma loves him:)

Coby, was is a bad mood today, so he is in a Coby "Downers" kind of mood.
