This consists of two hanging ropes that hold a woman's ankles and is positioned over table. Yellow, leather, insulated mittens from Minnesota.

Origin: Motorcyclists eager to get their bikes out after a long Minnesota winter would head out of state on their bikes wearing these yellow mittens for warmth. They would show up in the warmer climates still wearing their mittens and out of towners started calling the yellow mittens "choppers" in reference to both their bikes and winter weather gear.
