Caspering is the friendly version of ghosting a person, referring to „Casper the friendly ghost“ While in ghosting a person would not respond to your messages or calls while still watching your stories, getting caspered instead means, the person will still frequently send you messages, like your posts and stories, but will be „too busy“ or too occupied to continue the level of contact you had. Caspers expect you to give up on reaching out to them, by simply fading out the contact. They don’t want to have the bad word of mouth that they’ve ghosted you or try to avoid having to tell you they’ve lost interest in your relationship/friendship

Get the Casper mug.Casper is a friend till the end. They'll love you with all their heart and more. They're extremely selfless and empathetic and all they want is to be a good person. Never let go of a Casper because all they try to do is make you and others happy.
