Since a male genitalia gets smaller at it gets colder, and when it is freezing out it will get smaller than its notrmal size, it is know as a winter dick. Which is basically a small dick because it's cold.

The opposite of Summer Onions which are a saggy, dangly, sweaty set of balls. Primarily due to heat.
