It's a fictional hat in the song "Sex Turban" created by Smosh (YouTubers Ian and Anthony) The hat is said to magically make you desirably when wearing it and it shows Ian and Anthony wearing the turbans surrounded by lusty women. It's purely comedic. Apparently you can't take it off or you'll die and it raises people from the dead. The funny part was that Anthony had to go to his great aunts funeral the next day. And you can imagine what his great aunt tried to do once she was undead.
