no im taking about period cramps im talking about muscle cramps this cramps happen either by

if you wake up wrong

if you workout without stretching or even if your done
or just random
cramps are normal they happen they either don't hurt much or do a lot they mostly happen in the leg or foot tho yes it will hurt I wouldn't say go to. the doctor it rarely happen if you have to go the doctor but other then don't go this pain can last about a few seconds or maybe a few minutes
