cramps are normal they happen they either don't hurt much or do a lot they mostly happen in the leg or foot tho yes it will hurt I wouldn't say go to. the doctor it rarely happen if you have to go the doctor but other then don't go this pain can last about a few seconds or maybe a few minutes
