The titty heart is created by placing both hands around one breast and shaping the boob into a heart. There really isn’t any sensible fucking reason to do this at all aside from taking pictures and showing your friends. To this day no one knows why it is considered a “challenge” instead of just a “weird trend that lets you show off your boobs because everyone else is doing it.”
