A scum run is going out drinking in pubs in rural areas of a town or city and getting extremely drunk with the locals.

For example Dale Pickford likes to go on a scum run down Waterloo Road and loves going in the The Dog and Partridge pub!

An insult for Comcast after cheating and screwing you over.

Scumcast completely ripped me off. First, they raised the price of my service without even notifying me and just charge my bank card. When I canceled their service for another internet provider, they said they'd send me a refund check for what I didn't use for that month, but I never even received that check.
