Word "Relas" was first mentioned back in 2019 by Czecho-Slovak so-called gypsy mafioso "Groufo Boss" in his Facebook post. It is well known that this word was made unwittingly by his lack of basic knowledge of Czech or Slovak language. It is also his own way of saying "relax"
