Robert Nideffer

A doctor of psychology who was also a writer. Worked at the university of Rochester. Worked as a teacher, clinical psychologist and as a sports psychologist. Developed the T.A.I.S.. Wrote creative works in the department of sports psychology such as: Assessment in Sport Psychology, An Athletes' Guide to Mental Training, Psyched to Win, The Inner Athlete: Mind Plus Muscle for Winning, How to Put Anxiety Behind You, and A.C.T., attention control training.
