Haggard

Hideous to the point where you cannot even look at the person or object, or you take one look at the thing and have a harsh reaction such as shock, disgust, nausea, hate, or you just start laughing to the point of no return.

A girl with a combination of green hair, 3 brown teeth, 8-inch heels, vile breath, and reaks with the stench of gin and dumpster would be a clear example of a "haggard" person.
