A dictionary that has only words relating to the practice of sexual intercourse.

"GUYS! I NEED TO DEFINE THIS WORD! WHERE'S THE FUCKTIONARY?!"

Or

Kid 1: "Guys, what's a clitoris?"
Everyone in the world: "GET THAT KID A FUCKTIONARY!"

High functioning

A way of saying somebody is not doing too bad for a dysfunctional, fucked up guy.

He is high functioning enough to complete a sentence, but he's still not walking straight and chewing bubblegum at the same time yet, he's gonna be 40 years old soon, oh well.
