A camplainer is someone who bitches and whines on a camping trip.

A camplainer voluntarily joins in with a group on a hiking trip finding they got themselves in a hell of a workout. Camplainer falls a lot. Camplainer drops boots in water. Camplainer needs pack roped down steep drops. Ending conclusion, camplainer hates hiking.

a. To belittle colleagues.

2. To insult and compliment someone at the same time.

b. To make yourself feel better about yourself when someone else has a much better idea than you, but your jealousy cannot fully allow you to fully compliment them.
