A particularly disgusting type of hemorrhoid known for offensively itching like a fucking bitch at times a person is just trying to go about their busy life. Symptoms are especially intense when trying to get something important done.

That yoho just showed up out of nowhere and inflamed the shit out of a perfectly normal situation. Lobbyists for Preparation H couldn't keep up with the demand for relief.
