A particularly disgusting type of hemorrhoid known for offensively itching like a fucking bitch at times a person is just trying to go about their busy life. Symptoms are especially intense when trying to get something important done.

That yoho just showed up out of nowhere and inflamed the shit out of a perfectly normal situation. Lobbyists for Preparation H couldn't keep up with the demand for relief.

Yoho used to be a Member of the US House of Representatives untill he insulted one of the most popular Congresswomen and was voted out by a landslide.

Pretty much like your regular ol run of the mill dogs in a basket. A woman or man lays down on either a bed or floor with legs outstretched vertically. The man grabs both legs and assumes the standing scissor postion spinning his genitals allowing for the reciever to catch them 'on the line'
