A combination of the words "wee" and "retard." Coined by a Los Angeles teenager in reference to his little sister's friends. Often used in a redundant context, such as "little weetard" or "stupid weetard."

My sister is having all her stupid little friends over for a weetard party, wanna crash it?

A milder version of the term Retard, used for people in team games who made bad decisions in game, or have done something (extremely) stupid.

It's used by people who do jokes often or used by people who's parents dont like slurs/swears.
