A person who usually is unafraid to say their true opinion, talks in perfect grammar, and is a little bit insensitive to others feelings.

If a Viper joined in chat in the middle of a conversation, they would look at the previous messages and give their opinion on the subject. They'll coversate from there, they'll say hello to whoever says hello to them.

A normal person would simply say hi.
