1. The Tenderloin district in San Francisco circa 2010-2011, and beyond.
2. The Tenderloin district in San Francisco that has been gentrified by hipsters and trust fund babies.
3. The Tenderloin area in San Francisco when gentrification has brought Mercedes and BMWs and hipsters instead of people walking, riding bikes and crackheads.
4. The area in San Francisco where police harass homeless people, poor people, people of color and transwomen.
5. the area of San Francisco where cops harass people for sitting on the sidewalk, instead of helping people who are really in trouble.

The obnoxiously loud drunk hipsters poured out of the Edinburgh castle pub at 2am on Geary Street in the Trendyloin, just as the bar was closing.

bi-trendy

A guy or girl who pretends to be bisexual.
Often because they think it is cool and also to gain attention from others (strangly normaly those of the opposite sex.)
Bi-trendy people will often kiss but will go no further sexualy unlike people who are really bisexual, this is mostly done around others as proof of how bisexual they are.
Bi-trendy people also have an obsession with talking about how bisexual they are and want everyone to know it.
Emos seem to be the best example of people who can be (but are not always) bi-trendy however anyone can be bi-trendy and i have seen it happen in many scenes.

trendy-sush

A person who takes part in trendy rituals. For example, eating sushi, wearing rectangular framed glasses, going green, furnishing one's house with modern decor, wearing clothing with the store brand's name written all over it, taking part in popular social networking sites, buying hybrid cars, text messaging carelessly, supporting politicians with liberal ideas, spending a large amount of money on clothing, buying coffee from shops like Starbucks, pretending to have photography skills, acting appalled when someone farts, naming your kids after other people's last names, naming your kids uncommon names, and listening to indie artists are all things a trendy-sush might do.

Ever since Kaden bought a scarf to wear in the middle of summer, she's been a trendy-sush.
