Wacky on the Junk

The state of behavior where someone is either obviously lying (poorly), misinformed, has a few nuts loose, about ready to black-out, is acting off-the-wall, was just tazed, drugged-up or actually 'on the junk' (heroin).

Dude #1: "Hey, look at Kevin over there jumping around like he's a freaking kangaroo!" Dude #2: "Yeah...must be wacky on the junk!"

Refers to the space in pants/jeans for the male genitalia. Think boxers vs. briefs, or tight pants vs. loose jeans.

I like to have plenty of space in the trunk for the junk. It's more comfortable.
