Half way between spooning and romping.

A slightly more sexual form of spooning, one that is perfectly acceptable to engage in with a close friend.

Spromping may include banterous groping or fondling but not romping explicitly.

Spromping with someone other than your girlfriend/boyfriend strictly falls outside the scope of cheating.
