A joint made up of cannabis and tobacco, a stoners word to generally mean all things drug-related....

Examples where this word can be used:

"Pass me that spliffage..." Can mean a single spliff or the cannabis in general
"I need spliffage!" An exclamation of drug withdrawal. To need cannabis in general or one single spliff (joint)

A mixture between spiffing and spliff.
Something that gives the same effect of having smoked a spliff. Also referring to a person who is smoking a spliff, they are said to be spliffing (smoking a spliff).
