Snoutcast

A term used to describe a smoker who is in the presence of a majority of non-smoker who make you smoke on you own, usually outside.

Aww man, came to this party tonight and i'm made a pure snoutcast.

Someone who loves cigarettes. Usually JPS or Benson and Hedges. snout goblins will do anything to get a cigarette, even if it means the genocide of a whole race.

Snout time refers to a time of day in which cigarettes are smoked. This phrase should be used with relevant hand actions:
-Miming smoking (snout)
-Touching area of hand where you would wear a watch (time)
