A term commonly used by rednecks and country folk meaning giving it "full throttle" or all that they have. Also could mean they are in a rush.

Scooter and bill were in a hurry to get back to the boat ramp so bill could take a shit, they had that 14 foot john boat SKINTBACK all the way there.

when leaving a seat calling seatbacks before someone else sits in it gets you your seat back upon returning. If you sit somewhere else, or go outside than seatbacks is nullified.
