The shortened version of seriously, often used by people too lazy to fully type the whole word or when they aren't sure of the exact spelling. Sometimes used with a southern accent.

'Srsly' or better known as 'Seriously' is the '1337' (Leet) way of saying seriously. Most online multiplayer gamers will use it because 1337 is almost a fashion statement.
