Shump or Shumpei doesn't have any clear definition. It's meaning has been lost over translation from the ancient world of Japanese. These days, Shumpei or shump can be referred to anything, as a noun, verb, or adjective.

"Let's go shump that nigga up!"
"I got me a 10 dollar shump the other night. Wow, she was worth it!"
