Shortinated

A slang term allowing for a new word to be created by both shortening two words, and then having those two shortened sections in a combination which makes them appear legitimate.

A bad to the bone short kid that so happens to be savage af. Shortians do sometimes get harassed because of there not so intimidating size. Short Ian's can hold him/her self up in a fight and has an easy cheap shot advantage so don't try to fight them.
