Shigaraki Tomura is a BNHA Villain, also the leader of 'The League Of Villains'. His quirk is called: "Decay; Decay allows Tomura to destroy anything his hands or feet touch, making it crumble to dust.". Shigaraki's personality is more childish, arrogant & twisted but proves to evolve into a more intellectual character.
