Reverse Rooney Rule

When you bring in a qualified balding or greying white male to interview for a job you know you have to fill with a woman or a minority, in order to ensure the whole day is taken up by interviews.

Steve has an interview on Friday but he knows he has no shot at getting the job. They're bringing him in to fulfill the Reverse Rooney Rule so their calendars appear full.

Willard Mitt Romney

Romney's full name. Oddly enough, he didn't like being called Willard, and chose to go by his middle name instead.

His father, George Romney, named him after hotel magnate J Willard Marriott and his uncle Milton Romney (nicknamed Mitt).

Willard Mitt Romney or Barack Hussein Obama. Either way, we'll have a president with a weird name.

To flip-flop to make yourself look good for Southern Social Conservatives.

To run for senate Governor in Massachusetts supporting Gay Rights and Pro-Choice values, then switching your position when you run for President.

To Take credit for Social Programs that you did not support and in some cases vetoed. Taking credit for balancing the Massachusetts state budget while claiming that you are not a big spender.
To interfere with the States veiws to look good national

ROMNEY'D

After doing your taxes, you may find out that you've paid more than 13.9% on your income. Perhaps you paid 20, 25, or even 30%. Your income is also probably a lot less than the $42,000,000 in compensation that 2012 Presidential candidate Mitt Romney only paid 13.9% in federal income taxes on. When you discover this, well you've been Romney'd.

You fill out a 1040 and find that you've paid the IRS an effective rate of 25% on the $50,000 in income you earned. Since your income is less than $42MM, and your tax rate is above 13.9%, you just got Romney'd.

NOTE: In order to get Romney'd, you cannot currently be a "job creator."
