To introduce bugs by being a sub-par developer i.e. when the idiot on your team is doing development. Opposite of debugging.

Developer 1: What's Cuthbert up to?
Developer 2: He's coding for XYZ project.
Developer 1: Great, he's busy rebugging.
Developer 2: I sure can't wait to fix it all.
