A term used to describe a professional whom sells homes with raging alcoholism, possibly with a drug problem while surviving off of a diet consisting of dark liquor, cannabis, iced coffee, and nicotine.
He's on his 6th drink at brunch and its only 11:30am. He must be a damn good Realtor.
