Preturban

A person who grew up outside of a city, that now has a primary residence in that city, however works outside of the city so hasn’t FULLY experienced city living. Because they haven’t FULLY lived in that city, they are preturban or pretending to be urban.

She’s not from Philly, she’s just preturban.
